The River Falls, Ellsworth & Spring Valley Medical
Clinics – a division of Western Wisconsin Medical
Associates -- will soon replace its paper medical
records with a new electronic medical record (EMR)
system. The Clinics are taking this step to further
enhance the quality and safety of the care our
patients receive.

Kurt Helmrick Recognized
River Falls resident Kurt Helmrick, PA-C of the Ellsworth Medical Clinic was recently recognized as a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Helmrick has been a Physician Assistant (PA) since 1991 and has worked with Chris Tashjian, MD and Keri Lijewski, MD at EMC since 1994.
