River Falls, Wi – HealthPartners recently recognized Western Wisconsin Medical Associates (WWMA) with an Innovation Award for its initiative to involve the entire staff in improving patient care quality.
Starting in 2005, WWMA began a treatment approach to patient care that engages all clinic staff and improves the quality of care patients receive. HealthPartners recognized that WWMA clinics are proactive in patient care, having all patients receive comprehensive care at each visit and not just treating the patient’s complaint. WWMA includes Hudson Physicians, New Richmond Clinic and River Falls, Ellsworth and Spring Valley Medical Clinics.
