It is our VISION that:

The RFMCwill be an independent, primary care medical practice that will be aligned, or have partnering relationships with, other health care providers, purchasers, and payors. These arrangements will result in:
• Our patients having access to a locally-based, seamless system of primary and specialty care;
• Our having provider and payor agreements that will maximize our long-term success.
We will achieve a size and stature, and have an array of services available, that will result in our being the medical clinic of choice for the preponderance of citizens within our community for the majority of their health care needs.
