Appointments with any of our providers can be scheduled during business hours by calling our clinics. A Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) will inquire about the nature of your visit so that an appropriate appointment can be arranged with your physician. Our Open Access policy allows us to schedule you with your regular physician within one day if desired.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please contact our office promptly so that the time can be made available to other patients and your appointment can be rescheduled to a more convenient time.
We ask the new patients arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow for the completion of registration paperwork, including gathering insurance information.
Calls may be forwarded to our phone nurse if your are trying to decide whether or not your concern warrants a visit, if you aren't sure of the urgency of your situation, or if you need advice on your health concern. The phone nurse will either answer your question, schedule an appointment, or direct your call as appropriate.
